Post-earthquake social resilience in the inland areas of Marche: a methodological proposal
La resilienza sociale post-sisma nelle aree interne delle Marche: una proposta di metodo
Abstract
The article deals with “The post-earthquake social resilience in the internal areas of the Marches: a method proposal”, placing the theme in the economic, social and territorial framework discussed by the authors. To analyze these “responsibility actions” of communities, the project described in this work, proposes a systematic and forwarding method to identify, measure, value and disseminate them, through the construction of “ census cards” and the population of a database and an online platform, with the implementation of a specific WebGIS. This article describes only the three phases relating to the realization of the first objective, i.e. the elaboration of the method of measuring social resilience: 1. The data are obtained from different sources, especially online, but also “on the field”, and will be subsequently homogenized and analyzed. However, it takes the opportunity to present this project to the public, to invite all interested readers and in particular the citizens of the four pilot municipalities (Camerino, Camporotondo di Fiastrone, Castelsantangelo sul Nera, Tolentino), to contact the EyesReg magazine and the authors, to propose integrations to the parameters of resilience identified, and/or sources of reliable data.
