Abstract

The study explores "The economic geography of coworking in Rome", reconstructing the problem and the main evidence developed in the text. All types, however, potentially contribute to regenerating the city economy, acting as a glue between the fragmentary local innovation cores and supporting the birth of a new business class (Gertner and Mack, 2017; Van Holm, 2017). This part of the city has grown especially during the wild post-war urbanization, incorporated into the urban fabric without being provided with adequate services or social spaces. Today, with the gentrification of the old town and the widespread and impersonal expansion of the city beyond the Great Anularian Agreement, this ex-peripheral crown of the city has become the Roman cultural center, the object of a migratory flow of the young and educated class. As the interviews between managers and users emerged, the main factors affecting the geography of such co-working in Rome are three: 1. The banning of the co-working space should therefore be bound to the most common use destinations for the neighborhood indicated in the said planning.
