Abstract

The article addresses “A creative Smart City among new technologies, e-service and nature based solution”, placing the theme in the economic, social and territorial framework discussed by the authors. It is difficult to plan from above the functions of the city, better to grasp its salient and characterizing aspects: the city is stunned – adapting the famous definition of Kant of man, is open and is modest (Sennet, 2018). As we have seen, so far smart cities have been conceived especially as advanced e-service containers: intelligent mobility, home automation, ultra-fast networks, cybersecurity, telecontrol networks. It is for the majority of systems managed by new generation computer interfaces equipped with artificial intelligence, able to process sophisticated profiles of users through the use of big data, develop advanced telematic networks connected to bidirectional sensors that generate continuous feedback, design interactive objects thanks to microprocessors and digital links. NBS is the famous architectural projects of Stefano Boeri vertical forest in Milan, where the green is integrated into the building, or the High Line, a historic New York City metro transport line reverted to urban park.
