Abstract

The contribution analyses “Fare team to compete: lumbar experience in network policies”, with attention to context, reading tools and policy implications. The smaller company cannot simply be satisfied with “resisting”, rather it must identify sustainable development paths, in a medium-long period perspective: an internationalization more pushed seems the most appropriate response for anyone competing on global markets (AIP, 2007; 2011; Bramanti, Scarpinato, 2010). A positive perception of reciprocal bonds is thus the best antidote against opportunistic behaviour and represents a balance of Nash in the coopetition game (Nalebuff, Brandenburger, 1996). The numerous birth of new network contracts represents an interesting mode of “to team to compete”: certainly the goal was achieved. Regional Science Journal Evaluate to improve The direction of further consolidation and growth of network policies thus touch two simple joints here synthetically mentioned. Policies - beyond facade statements - are not evaluated (and often even monitored) because this is not a politically paying objective and therefore no resources are allocated to the origin.
