Culture della programmazione e ruolo delle scienze regionali. Una prospettiva geografica
Abstract
The contribution analyses 'Culture of programming and role of regional sciences. A geographical perspective", with attention to the context, the reading tools and the implications for policies. Just remember that in April 2020, almost 54% of the world’s population was subjected to mobility restrictions and blocks of complete or partial activities. The SARS-CoV-2 virus, in fact, has also proved to be an exceptional “global geographical operator” (Lussault, 2020) capable more than others to unveil the mechanisms, especially economic and productive, of the system-world, that mode of planetary spatialization of societies. Such processes are not neutral at all: they produce unequal geographies and from them they are exempted powers that contribute to conflicts and imbalances, but also to new territorial and political protagonisms. Bonomi 2011), are few cases where research has worked on macro-regional spatialities in relation to production (Conti, Salone, 2011. This contribution was also developed thanks to the reflections of a research group composed by Fabrizia Berlingieri, Bertrando Bonfantini, Matteo Bolocan Goldstein, Stefano Di Vita (Politecnico di Milano), Carlo Salone (University of Turin).
