Abstract

The study deepens "Identity and profile of the policy-maker", reconstructing the problem and the main evidence developed in the text. This particular emphasis, although not related to the only “foreign” word used in the article, aroused a certain curiosity about the correct identification of the subject. A further deepening immediately clarifies the reason for this limitation: two English words, politics [2] and policy [3] [4], have as the only consideration in Italian the political word [5], term for which Italians seem to show an increasingly accentuated aversion. Considering that the written version is the most effective form does not completely solve the problem, since it is imaginable that a small percentage of the transferred information may not be understood. In fact, if research on the use of the term policy-maker is further deepened, it can be easily observed that the predominantly attributed meaning refers to an institutional subject in the public sector. Since the beginning of the post-industrial era (Crysi del modello di Taylor) companies have shown considerable dynamism, reorganizing continuously and deeply, to adapt to the new requirements imposed by the markets.
