Abstract

The study explores "The Framework Project: a winning model of governance at regional level?", reconstructing the problem and the main evidence developed in the text. Traditional experiences of regional financing in training provided for the direct intervention of the Region on each educational project, with considerable management and organisational costs. The model has thus been progressively improved in its procedural and programmer aspects and virtuous processes of sharing, including financial, of intermediate subjects to regional policies have been activated. The employers' and trade union associations should ensure a better response to the real needs of updating the skills of workers. Ircres data processing Monitorweb- Lombardy The analysis of the implementation process and operation of the PQ tool has brought out many elements in favor of its introduction into the Regional Governance. IRCrES-CNR Although in general positive judgment, the instrument and feed-back analysis of beneficiaries have still emerged some organizational issues.
