Waiting for the National Urban Agenda
Aspettando l’Agenda Urbana Nazionale
Abstract
The article deals with “Waiting the National Urban Agenda”, placing the theme in the economic, social and territorial framework discussed by the authors. In the absence of a unitary address document, this work is an attempt to “map” and perimetrate the Italian urban agenda from the extraordinary, European and national resources, available and already programmed 1. These are figures that, despite the recent allocation of additional €206 million from national origin, insured by the Rotation Fund through a Complementary Operational Programme approved by the Work reflects exclusively the opinions of the authors, without engaging the responsibility of the Institution of belonging. The FSC allocations, therefore, from North to South, amounted to almost 2.3 billion euros, but these are not the resources that exhaust the Urban Agenda for the signatory urban areas of the Covenants. However, it is noted that in most cases it is interventions with an internal territorial target to the common capital and not extended to belt municipalities. Transforming urban identities into urban authorities means implementing responsibility for operations, acceleration of expenditure, project supremacy on the Programme.
