Società, economia, territorio: le riviste scientifiche on-line a confronto
Abstract
The article deals with “Society, economy, territory: online scientific journals in comparison”, placing the theme in the economic, social and territorial framework discussed by the authors. In fact, there are numerous publishing initiatives born and consolidated in the most recent years, in particular, in the field of online magazines. What first strikes and emerges, is first and foremost the variety, originality and diversification of the “models” of scientific communication online. There are journals focused on the selection and evaluation of contributions according to the prevailing academic standards at international level, which present the indexing of articles on international data, and choose the English language (IJPP or Almatourism). And evident is also the variety of “governances” and organizational models: typical structures of scientific journals (revenation, director, scientific committee, etc.), alongside Parisian structures (redations without director). To overcome the question of self-referentiality, i.e. to react to isolation, to the removal of academic scientific journals from the public political debate. And that we hope can unleash, even in the “specialist” reader, even only curiosity for tools, languages and means used in disciplinary fields far from its.
