Abstract

The article addresses “Sphide and potential of an online scientific journal: Urbanistica Tre”, placing the theme in the economic, social and territorial framework discussed by the authors. He immediately invested on the possibilities offered by the ‘online’ that allowed the change and widespread spread of contributions and the growth of contacts, canceling or absorbing some expenses that normally weigh on the balance sheets of paper magazines. It is a section that allows readers an easy, direct and continuous consultation, also given the limited number of jokes required (max 10,000), while the authors a quick publication, preceded by editorial reference. This is how the use of call for paper and call for cover has been successfully tested, bringing the magazine closer to the demands and needs of curators and authors and opening with flexibility to the various proposals. All contributions have, in fact, a length and a consonant language, as well as an approach to the scientific matter required and specified by the guidelines. As soon as a very small gear had to stop moving properly the whole system could collapse under the weight of the responsibilities taken.
