Abstract

The study explores "Interdisciplinary dialogue for a new urban project: the perspective of EcoWebTown", reconstructing the problem and the main evidence developed in the text. If you think together, eco, web and physical morphology can represent a fruitful opportunity to regenerate existing cities, freeing transformative potential not yet fully exploited. In this perspective, EWT, born as a mainly urbanistic magazine, in starting its second publishing season, decided to adopt a model of scientific communication based on interdisciplinary confrontation and intersectoral dialogue. EWT intends in particular to form a work tool that, while maintaining the identity of scientific journal, adopts a thematic articulation and an expressive language within which they live multiple innovative dimensions, such as. The aim is to trigger a dialogue between disciplines, actors and institutions that can help innovate the urban project in a new framework of dynamic balances between generalist and specialist knowledge (Morin, 2000). A topical discussion” that has seen the participation of scientific societies SIU, SITdA and ProArch and from which we start to elaborate a Urban Project Charter.
