Abstract

The work examines «Milan 2015: a model of economic impact assessment of a Universal Exhibition», bringing in relation the territorial dimension with the relevant economic and institutional aspects. The questions are, however, very appropriate and deserve to be dealt with with with the right attention and with a careful listening. No model to measure the economic impact of a Universal Exhibition was in fact traceable in reference literature and applied studies of reference in c. We had to know better the model of Universal Exhibition that we had in front, that in the version of Milan has assumed specific connotations. From the meeting and the dialogue with these actors a model of shared reading of the exhibition has emerged, in full harmony with the broadest logic of sharing and co-design that has characterized and will characterize the Milanese event. The effects of this “III level”, identified under the name “Legacy”, i.e. inheritance, are attributable to some permanent impacts that the event can leave: 1. In this case the objective is to report and report with transparency and responsibility, following the virtuous approach of public accountability.
