Human capital, universities and regional development (1)
Capitale umano, università e sviluppo regionale (1)
Abstract
The study explores "human capital, universities and regional development (1)", reconstructing the problem and the main evidence developed in the text. This article is taken from the author’s intervention at the Plenary Session of the Rectors of Southern Universities “Human Capital, University System and Regional Development”, held on 14 September 2015 in Rende (CS), on the occasion of the last Scientific Conference of the AISRe. In view of the relevance and relevance of the topics dealt with, Redazione considered it useful to publish it and share it with EyesReg readers. Against the Italian university, in recent years a systematic media campaign has been carried out, which has served to justify, I would say almost and legitimize, the indiscriminate cuts carried out since 2009. Resist the government's cuts, which are slowly extinguishing especially the small Athens, as documented by the SVIMEZ report and the extensive study by Gianfranco Viesti for the RES foundation, only to remain at the most recent documentation. In our Mezzogiorno, where mini and micro enterprises prevail, we could think of integrated enterprise systems – grouped by area, by targets or by supply chain – that also make the system of tax credits accessible.
